With my Dad, Joe, scheduled to leave on September 27 I wanted to celebrate Caleigh's birthday while he was still here. And of course, around all the many other birthday parties of Cay's friends. So we settled on Thursday, September 21. Of course, the theme was Belle from Disney's Beauty and the Beast. And with the help of some extensions, we can see what Cay will look like with long hair. It was a great event, and we even had our friend Debra McArthur's daughter Liz come dressed as Belle herself to read stories to the kids.
